You can choose whatever services you need, but the benefit of hiring us for CFO services is that you get a blended rate and much better pricing on your services than you would get if paying for these services at two separate firms. In fact, we have found that the price we charge for our CFO services, which includes bookkeeping as well, is cheaper than just CFO services offered by other firms. The other benefit is that our CPA will be involved intimately with your accounting and not just checking in on various reports to discuss high level financials. Our typical client base is in the $500K-$10M range, but we are flexible and can take clients up to $25M in annual revenues. There may be differences in the services we recommend depending on the size of your company. For instance, you may not need CFO services if you are at $500K and have no desire to grow the business, obtain financing, or have any other need for additional financial oversight. For a larger business, it will probably make more sense to have CFO services.
